Slöjd-Detaljer contacted Granada in 2011. They wanted a partner in Norway that they could grow with, and who had the same core value, specifically that customers always come first. Granada was commissioned to handle customer service by phone, chat, email and social media. In addition, we were to translate texts, receive and process returns and manage the online store’s order flow. We agreed on vision, tonality and service level goals. The agents received thorough training from the Slöjd-Detaljer employees, as well as a knowledge base used to respond in accordance with their guidelines. Granada uses a contact center platform that handles all inquiries in one omnichannel solution. The chat solution was set up in their online store with a smooth and trouble-free integration, with the desired color and text. In addition to chat, telephones and emails, our dedicated agents respond to inquiries that come in on Facebook and Instagram, and adapt marketing material from Swedish to Norwegian (newsletters, product descriptions and blog posts).
